If our products somehow didn't satisfy you. Please feel free to contact us. Send us the photo as soon as you have received them. I will arrange the refund but please keep in mind that if you order vegetables and they may not look so pretty like you usually see in the conventional supermarket, there might be holes in the leaf, or the daikon is not a beautiful straight looking one. That is because we use no pesticides, no chemicals whatsoever, it's a real natural organic shape. But of course, if it is rotten, worms are hidden in there, the leaves are turning yellow. Please let us know. We would love to give you a refund.
