Seriously Saucy Tomato Ketchup
This started as a project of love for Miss Inner Pickle's 7th birthday party.  I wanted a homemade tomato ketchup with lower sugar and, quite simply, more tomato.  With under 17% sugar this product has roughly half that of commercial brands without ANY artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.  How did it go down at the party?  Really well, with everybody, parents and kids alike.
