Organic Vegan Kimchi

Lacto-fermented cabbage, or Kimchi, is a staple in Korean cuisine. It's a traditional food that dates back to 37 BC, but because of its great taste and health benefits has become popular around the world.

All vegetables are organic, they come from 'King Organic Farm' in Bangkok. This product has not been pasteurized, which ensures that all nutrients and probiotics remain.

Our Organic Kimchi is sweetened with fresh apples and pears, it contains no added sugar. Instead of fish sauce we use sea salt. This product is fully vegan and paleo.
